ARTEM FEDOSIN PRESENTED THE REPORT ON TOPIC: ‘ADDUCTION OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS’.
Associate ‘VB partners’, Artem Fedosin, presented the report during the work of Videoconference of the UBA Committee on Corporate Law on 14th of December 2011 in Kiev.
The experts from five Ukrainian cities: Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Lugansk and Kharkiv discussed issues concerning application of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Joint-Stock Companies’.
Artem Fedosin presented the report on topic: ‘Adduction of the activity of the joint-stock companies in accordance with legislative requirements’.
In his report Associate of our company disclosed main requirements and terms of the adduction of the activity of the joint-stock companies in accordance with he Law of Ukraine ‘On Joint-Stock Companies, dematerialization of stocks, legal effect regarding change of the company’s name and also liability for non-fulfillment legislative requirements.
Other speakers were: Maksym Libanov, Head of the Analytical Division of the Sate Commission on Securities and Stock Market and Vadym Samoilenko, Member of the Board of Directors of Ukrainian Bar Association, Partner ‘Asters’.
